They signed a three-year lease for 5,208 SF at 2254 Massaro Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619 on Monday, February 1, 2016.
This is Tidewater Equipment Company’s first Tampa Bay area location,” said Matscherz. “Within a week of putting this property back on the market, I was negotiating a deal with Tidewater and was able to expedite the move-in process.”
This new expansion for Tidewater is not just another branch opening. The new store will be a Morbark focused dealer offering specialized sales, authorized parts and service to a customer base that spans throughout central and southern Florida.
