The purchase of the new property was completed on February 21 and will serve as a satellite office supporting clients in the South Tampa and St. Petersburg areas.
“My practice over the past 15 years has grown so much that I thought it was time to look for a second location,” said Dr. Anitha Reddy, owner of Freezeology and MD Aesthetics & Wellness Institute. “I wanted this location to be closer to service all my South Tampa and St. Petersburg clients. I have known Erika Zipfel Thompson for about eight years and contacted her to help me find a suitable building for my medspa. Freezeology and MD Aesthetics & Wellness Institute are located off Linebaugh Avenue and, as a sought after medspa, it had outgrown its space. In 2019, it was named number one in Florida and the Southeast Unites States and number 10 in the U.S. for its CoolSculpting procedures. With the growth of this part of her business, Dr. Reddy wanted to find a second location to primarily concentrate on her CoolSculpting clients.
“When Dr. Reddy contacted me to find a South Tampa location to use as a satellite office, I was excited to help her,” said Erika. “Having lived in South Tampa for about 20 years, I knew the area very well and was looking forward to finding the perfect property. We looked at multiple properties throughout South Tampa and she decided on a property in the Westshore district. Being so close to I-275 makes it easy for her St. Petersburg clients to get to her as well.”
