The Dikman Company’s Erika Zipfel Matscherz was recognized at the annual Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) Pinnacle Awards on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
Matscherz was awarded the Member to Member Deal of the Year award, successfully securing a 57,705 square-foot building for her client in one of Tampa’s most sought after locations. Her efforts continue to yield high results for all of her clients in a very tight and competitive market.
