Erika Zipfel Thompson of The Dikman Company represented M&F Home Solutions, securing a 12,675-square-foot unit in the airport market at 8507 Sunstate Street, Tampa, Fla. 33634. The lease commenced on October 1, 2020.
As a family-owned business, M&F Home Solutions has provided more than two decades of experience in design, general contracting, supply, logistics, and international trade. The growing company specializing in the export and import of goods and products throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia needed a larger property to serve its client base better. Moving became an immediate need, with a goal to remain centrally located in the airport market.
“When Charles Macio called me to discuss his warehouse needs, I was happy to assist and find a property that would work best for M&F Solutions,” said Erika. “With the need for a larger space, and a tight schedule, time did not allow for a meeting with the client or a tour of the selected property. It was my pleasure to create a video tour to present to Charles and his team. A ten-year, ten-month lease agreement was signed, sight unseen, in less than one week. The year 2020 has shown us that these are most definitely new times!”
