The Dikman Company, a commercial/industrial real estate services firm, announced Erika Zipfel Matscherz represented the buyer of Park 6, a 6-building, 184,500-square-foot flex industrial property in Tampa, Florida. The industrial park sold for $16M.
The private investor closed on the property on August 30. Park 6 is located on nearly 25 acres at 11902 to 12402 Race Track Road in the Westchase area. It consists of both office and light industrial space. Less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Tampa, the property is the investor’s first purchase in the Tampa Bay area.
