Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Company represented MKZ, securing a 4,000 square-foot unit in Madison Business Park located at 4612 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Fla. The lease commenced on February 15, 2019.
MKZ specializes in welding and metal fabrication, servicing the Tampa Bay area. MKZ was looking for a new space that could accommodate its specific needs. The challenge was to find a suitable property in Tampa’s busy industrial market.
“We were in need of a new building to start manufacturing boat lifts and a CNC machine shop,” said Michael Gorawski, MKZ, Inc. owner. “MKZ will be manufacturing high quality, maintenance free, custom boat lifts in the Tampa Bay area. Erika Matscherz found us our previous building, so we gave her a call again. Erika immediately got us into a new building and we couldn’t be happier with the space and location.”
“MKZ was already a client and tenant at one of the properties we lease and manage,” said Erika Zipfel Matscherz, The Dikman Company. “When Mike Gorawski approached me to let me know he needed new warehouse space, I was happy to assist and find a property that would work best for MKZ. The Madison Business Park location was a huge draw for Mike.”
