Tampa, FL (Tuesday, June 15, 2016) – The Dikman Company’s Erika Zipfel Matscherz announced the seven-year, seven-month lease of 10,740 SF on the corner of Acline and 50th Street in the East Tampa area which began on March 15, 2016. The commercial space was leased to Envision Development Enterprises, Inc. The Dikman Company represented the landlord Amazon Hose and Rubber Company legally known as Luxero, LLC.
